Do you want to get in shape? Have you been less consistent with your workouts than you would like? Do you spend most of your work days seated in front of a computer screen? Does your busy schedule in work or family life make it hard to stay consistent with your self care?  If you answered yes to any of those questions , this class is for you.

Spend 50 minutes with our knowledgeable trainer guiding you every step of the way. You will use state of the art equipment to burn calories, have fun and support as you build strength where you most need it. Your first class is always on the house!
